I restock as often as I possibly can (once a month-ish)!

Yes, we have worldwide shipping! But please be aware that you may be required to pay additional duty/customs fees depending on where you are ordering from. Check with your local customs office if you have any further questions. We are not responsible for any customs fees.

Your order will ship within 2-3 business days. But, if you place an order during a major launch/restock, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to ship.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will then receive your tracking information, but please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.

Once an order is made, no changes can be made. Including the item(s), and/or personal information. So please be sure of your size, color, and make sure to provide the correct address before placing an order. No cancellations are allowed at this time. 

You will be refunded for the order in the form of a gift card, minus the shipping fee and $5 processing fee.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted due to limited inventory. But, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email echococo.jewelmaker@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.

At this point, we do not have a brick-and-mortar shop. Our full collection is available online. However, you are more than welcome to schedule an appointment in our showroom at our headquarters. We are located in San Diego CA

We occasionally do pop-up events at local markets or hotels.
